Frugi Waterproof 2-in-1 Rambler Pram Suit to Coat - Buzzy Bee
Frugi's 2-in-1 Rambler Pram Suit to Coat is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic with a PFC-free durable water repellent finish. To keep babies warm and snug, this hooded coat has a cosy wadded layer, a fleece lining in the hood and body, footed bottoms with elasticated ankles and fold-over mittens. In an Indigo Buzzy Bee print with zip openings on the front, this showerproof pram suit features detachable bottoms with popper fastenings.
Ethically made with recycled plastic - this babies all-in-one suit will be popular with kids and parents too. Not all plastics are bad! Frugi take plastic bottles made with polythene (PET), scrub them clean, shred them into little flakes which are turned into small pellets. The chips are melted down and spun into super-soft yarn which is woven into recycled polyester fabric which is transfer printed using environmentally friendly inks for a low environmental impact. Happy Frugi workers use this fabric to make fantastic Puddle Buster jackets and trousers as well as lunch bags, pencil cases and backpacks. It takes about 20 plastic bottles to make a Puddle Buster jacket in age 5-6 and three bottles to make a Frugi lunch bag.
Autumn Winter 2023 - Nature Is A Rainbow
Frugi's 2023 Autumn Winter collection is WILD! This beautiful collection was inspired by the majestic wilderness of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. The gorgeous colour pallete is drawn from the design teams' discoveries of colourful fauna and flora during their adventures in the park. This collection focuses heavily on loving and enjoying the natural world around us, which shows through the adorable, nature-honouring designs featuring various animals and critters. The circularity aspect, which means that these clothes are designed to be recycled once they become completely worn out, is a big part of this, too! The strong emphasis on reconnecting with nature, and doing what we can to help conserve it, is what makes this Autumn Winter collection so special! Scroll down to find the natural rainbow of colours that inspired this collection.
